Cyber Stalking / Stalker
Under Illinois law, you may be charged with stalking through the use of electronic media. In an era in which technology is changing at breathtaking speed, more cases are being filed on this type of stalking.

Recent changes in the law have also made some instances of cyberstalking a Class 4 felony. A Class 4 felony can be punished by from one to three years in prison.
